1.    THE FIELD OF PLAY

  1.1. Soccerplex field is properly marked

2.    THE BALL

  2.1. Each Team Will Need To Provide its Own Futsal Soccerball.

3.    THE PLAYERS

      3.1.  5 Field player’s  and 1 goalie

      3.2. Minimum of 4 players are required to start the game and must be on field during the game. 

      3.3. Subs are freely

      3.4  Adding and Deleting players – You can add and delete players from roster before the 3rd game of the season, however  any players added after 3rd game will have to pay a $25 fee plus $20 id card….(this is only during regular season, team can not add players once team has advance to semifinal…)

4.    THE PLAYER EQUIPMENT

     4.1.  Team uniform/player jersey must have a number on the back (No tape, no marker, no exceptions)

     4.2.  Goalie MUST wear a different color jersey with a number from the rest of his/her teammates

     4.3.  No cleats allowed!!! Indoor shoes only   

4.4  Team  listed first is considered Home in the event of jersey color conflict Visitors Team will change colors.

4.5  NO GUM IN THE FIELD AT ANY TIME !!!(will be given a red card if chewing  gum in the field) 

4.6 All player must wear shin guards (no shin guards no play)

5.    THE REFEREE

5.1. The decisions of the referee regarding the facts connected with play and the interpretation of the rules of the games are final.

6.    GAME DURATION

   6.1. Two 22 minutes halves

   6.2. In the finals if tie the teams will play two additional 5 minutes halves, if still tie Shoot-outs will determine the winner.

7.    THE START AND RESTART OF THE PLAY: MUST BE ALLOWED BY THE SOUND OF THE WHISTLE.

   7.1. Kick-off = Indirect Kick = 2 touches

   7.2. Free Kicks are all indirect the opposing team has to be 2 yards (3 steps) from the spot of the free kick

   7.3. All restart are from the center field

8.    THE BALL IN AND OUT OF  THE PLAY

   8.1. 3 line violation will restart from midfield

   8.2. Structure violation will restart from the spot of violation

9.    THE METHOD OF SCORING

9.1. The ball must cross the line completely

9.2. Must 2 touch ball to score from kick off or indirect kick’s

10. FOULS AND MISCONDUCT

     10.1. Holding an opponent

     10.2. Hand ball

     10.3. Plays in dangerous manner

     10.4. Slide tackle

     10.5. Preventing the goalie from releasing the ball

     10.6. 2 on 1 players against walls..

11. INVOLVING EXCESSIVE FORCE

   11.1. Kicks an opponent

   11.2. Trip an opponent

   11.3. Jump at an opponent

   11.4. Charges an opponent

   11.5. Strikes or elbow an opponent

11.6.             Pushes an opponent

11.6.1.                FRAGANT FOULS = A SHOOTOUT

11.6.1.1.    A foul within the penalty arch

11.6.1.2.    A foul from behind against an attacking a player

11.6.1.3.    Any foul by the last defender

11.6.1.4.    On 6th foul violation = shootout = opposing team 1 player less for two minutes or until attacking team scores

12. BLUE CARD OFFENSES

12.1.             Deliberate handball or handball by the goalie

12.2.             Goalie endangerment

12.3.             Boarding

12.4.             Unsportsmanlike behavior by a player

12.5.             Team Violations 6 fouls

13. CAUTIONABLE OFFENSES (yellow card)

13.1.             Second blue

13.2.             Unsportsmanlike behavior by any player or team personnel

13.3.             Provoking an altercation

14. EJECTIONABLE OFFENSE:(red card) PLAYER MUST LEAVE THE COMPLEX

14.1.             Third time penalty

14.2.             Elbowing an opponent above the shoulder

14.3.             Vicious slide tackle

14.4.             Fighting

14.5.             Leaving the bench to engage into a fight

14.6.             Spitting at any person

14.7.             Use of abusive language towards a referee

15.  TIME OF PENALTIES FOR ALL AGES

     15.1.             Blue Card 2 minutes

     15.2.             Yellow Card 5 minutes, Team will play short , No sub’s allowed DURING this time

     15.3.             Red Card player must leave the complex Team play’s short for reminder of the game. 

15.4  Technical fouls (half time red card team plays short) first  time offense jumping over field fence in/out., spitting in the field, chewing gum in the field, spitting ,or blowing nose in the field.. Second time offense., player will have to pay red card.. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!.

15.5 Absolutely no disputing calls, during or after the game, no remarks to the referee to watch certain players or attend to rough play. NO YELLING at the referee, EVER, and no criticism, sarcasm, harassment, intimidation, or feedback of any kind during or after the game

A $50.00 FINE WILL BE APPLIED TO THE PLAYER THAT IS AWARDER A RED CARD, WILL NOT PLAY UNTIL SUSPENSION TIME GIVEN HAS BEEN MET AND THE FINE IS FULLY PAID !
